We have been dealing with investments for over 25 years!
In 1994 Reinhard Schmied founded RSI Immobilien-Invest GmbH. Today the company owns land, residential and commercial properties for both rent and sale.
RSI holds stakes in the real estate sector, project development and property developers and is involved in several companies of various industries.

Reinhard Schmied is the managing director of RSI Immobilien-Invest GmbH and “areos” founding partner.

He has been working independently in the real estate sector since 1994 and is a graduate of the European Business School Munich (EBS, real estate economist).
In 2002 he became one of the first Austrian real estate experts at RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
